1. How do I upload my photos?

After placing your order, simply fill out our Photo Upload Form and upload your images. You can send multiple photos at once, and we’ll take care of the rest!

2. What file types do you accept?

We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files. Make sure your photos are clear and high-resolution for the best print quality.

3. How long does it take to receive my magnets?

• Standard production: 3–5 business days

4. Can I pick up my magnets instead of having them shipped?

Yes! If you’re attending one of our events or are local, just choose “Event Pickup” on the order form.

5. Can I order custom sizes or shapes?

Bot yet! At this moment we are only offering a 2x2 size.

6. What if I need to cancel or change my order?

We can usually accommodate changes if you contact us before production begins. Once magnets are made, orders are non-refundable, so please double-check your photos before submitting.

7. How do you ship magnets?

We use padded envelopes or rigid mailers to protect your magnets. Each order is packaged carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
