Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Snapshot Magnets. Because all of our products are custom-made using your personal photos, we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below.


Custom Orders

All photo magnets are custom printed and made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect photo selection, or ordering the wrong quantity.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Incorrect Orders

If we made an error with your order (wrong quantity, incorrect print, or production issue), we will make it right at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has begun, orders can no longer be canceled.
